Shadow boxes were created out of old desk drawers and contained school treasures and memorabilia. The boxes were mounted on the wall over the enlarged images.
I have been creating public art installations bcombining digitally altered images with three dimensional objects. It is a different way of creating and allows me to reuse materials in a new way. I love the challenge of creating art for public spaces.
These collages were created by scanning original documents and photographs and then digitally altering and combining them with text. They were enlarged to become the backdrop for large scale structural pieces. I do consulting, design work and transform historical ephemera into contemporary art installations.
